| First time at R & G. Our former service center decided to close their business. R & G reviewed the service records from the former business and added them to their file in order to keep all the Maintenace records up to date. I found that commitment the right approach to the maintain our cars impressive and reassuring. It looks like we found a new home for servicing our vehicles! By the way they service they performed was done well, timely and with a reasonable charge. |

| Rob and Chad represent R&G in such a great way. Always courteous and professional in person or on the phone. They treat all their staff technicians, others with respect. They're able to diagnose and resolve auto issues; prices are fair; never try to sell or do anything that isn't needed. They tell it like it is and SAFETY in their shop and for their customers is top on their list. They offer a very comfortable waiting area. They are and will continue to be my 'go to service team' I highly respect and recommend them. |
